On 26th October 2024 The Choir held a concert with a difference in the hall at the King John School in Hadleigh. Three sets of singing were combined with three rounds of quiz questions. The questions were set and presented by deputy musical director Dave Smith. Dave can be seen below delivering his questions while choir members and the audience pondered their answers and enjoyed drinks and snacks.
The relaxed atmosphere in the hall was also present in The Choir's performance which, attired in black shirts and red bow ties, was somewhat more informal than usual.
Of the eight items performed by The Choir it was "Gwahoddiad" and the "Back to the Sixties Medley" which received the greatest applause.
The evening was brought to a close by Dave Smith announcing the scores and awarding the winners with gold medals and the team that came last with a wooden spoon.
