Singing a selection of pieces, ranging from longstanding pieces to those getting some of their first outings, the audience were generous with their applause.
Soloist Helen Machacek sang solos in both halves, delighting the audience with her skilled performances.
An excellent evening of musical joy! And huge success in the fund-raising. Including over £200 collected as the audience left, nearly £1500 was raised for the worthwhile appeal.
